These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EwebVision website and any services or products provided by EwebVision ("we", "us" or "our"), Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide software development and related services, including website, custom software, mobile app, SaaS and AI platform development, survey & inspection apps, algo trading software, hosting & SSL, digital marketing and SEO/SMO, as well as licensed software products. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project will be set out in a separate proposal, quotation or agreement.

2. Quotations and payments

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Projects usually begin after an advance payment, with the balance due on agreed milestones.
• Applicable taxes (such as GST) are charged in addition to the quoted price.
• Late payments may pause work, delivery or hosting services until dues are cleared.
• Advance payments are non-refundable once work has started, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate requirements, content, approvals and feedback on time.
• Make sure that any content, logos or data you provide do not infringe anyone else's rights.
• Obtain any licences, registrations or approvals your business needs to use the software.

Delays in feedback or content may change the project timeline.

4. Changes in scope

Requests outside the agreed scope are treated as change requests. They may be quoted and scheduled separately.

5. Intellectual property

• For custom development, ownership of the final deliverables passes to the client once full payment is received, unless agreed otherwise.
• We keep ownership of our pre-existing code, frameworks, tools and reusable components. The client receives a licence to use them as part of the delivered solution.
• Our software products (including the algo trading software and AI HR products) are licensed, not sold. Ownership stays with the product owner, and use is governed by the applicable licence or subscription terms.
• We may mention the project name and show non-confidential work in our portfolio, unless you ask us in writing not to.

6. Hosting, domains and third-party services

Hosting, domains, SSL certificates, app store accounts, APIs and other third-party services are subject to their providers' own terms and renewal fees. We are not liable for outages, policy changes or price changes by third-party providers. Renewals are the client's responsibility unless they are covered by an active maintenance plan.

Our AI-powered products, such as candidate screening, AI exit interviews and AI-driven recruitment, are designed to assist human decision-making. AI outputs may sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete. Final hiring, HR and business decisions remain the client's responsibility. Clients must use these tools in line with applicable employment, data-protection and anti-discrimination laws.

9. Digital marketing and SEO

Search engine rankings, ad performance and social media reach depend on factors outside our control, such as algorithm changes and competition. We commit to best practices and transparent reporting, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales.

10. Warranty and support

We fix bugs in delivered work that are reported within the warranty period stated in your proposal. Support after that period, new features and changes caused by third-party updates are covered under a maintenance plan or charged separately.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical or personal information shared during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EwebVision is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, trading losses or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

13. Website use

The content on this website is for general information only and may change without notice. You may not copy, reproduce or misuse any content, design or code from this website without our written permission.

14. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice, as set out in the project agreement. The client pays for all work completed up to the date of termination.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
